I can relate to many different circumstances when it comes to first time home buyer/sellers or someone who is transitioning in to another home in the same city/neighborhood. I've dealt with new construction, remodeling to sell, cross country relocation (a few times). ! I've been through the emotions, sometimes great! Sometimes very tough...I've dealt with estates and the dynamics involved, life changes, job changes...assisting first time buyers and sellers and those with credit issues...etc.! I've done it personally and professionally.
